Tadacip contains the maximal recommended dose of tadalafil, and therefore caution should be taken in men over 75 years of age. The drug should not be taken in the presence of heart disease, liver or kidney insufficiency, retinitis pigmentosa or NAION (eye diseases), stomach or duodenum ulcers, blood cell diseases, penile scarring or angulation, as well as predisposition to develop prolonged or painful erections.
